1. 'Before' photos
2. 'Before' Measurements
3. Nutrition review - It is important you keep a diary of everything you eat and drink 7 days prior to your first personal training session.
Getting started:
Without targets you will have little chance of excelling with your training. At Mark Cousins Personal Training I believe we must spend time working together to create realistic short, medium and long term goals based on exactly what you want to achieve with your training.
The purpose of the initial consultation is to gather as much information as I possibly can. This enables me to fully understand your current starting point, the goals you want to achieve and the ways in which we can make adjustments to your lifestyle to achieve these goals.
The consultation will include the following:
-A detailed review of your exercise and injury history
-Setting short, medium and long term goals
-A comprehensive body analysis which will establish your current statistics such as weight, body fat %, muscle mass and BMR.
-Plan and book in your first Personal Training sessions at the studio.
I have a strong emphasis on free weight training and integrate varied exercises into clients routines and work-outs using cable machines, barbells, kettle-bells and floor equipment. It is crucial we develop and work with training methods you not only enjoy but the methods your body responds best too.
Throughout your training I will track your progress with body measurements and progress photos, ensuring we are on track to achieve your goals.
I am an innovative Personal Trainer and will be constantly introducing new exercise set-ups and movement patterns to consistently challenge your body and keep you focused and engaged with your training.
